Octavian’s vibrant neon designs blend shop signs and street art, inverting popular motifs in a seedy glow that is as much homage as it is scepticism. The Bucharest resident gets his inspiration from pop-art, pop culture and everyday observations to create incandescent harmony from seemingly disparate elements. Beneath the Banksy-esque facade of each work is a spark of sarcasm and pinch of humour which leave a smile on your face.
