Laura Palm

Laura Palm’s first camera landed in her hands when she was 17, though it took a few years for her passion to form into a career path. The Berlin-based freelance photographer and Communication Design student focuses on fashion and beauty photography, and is drawn to new faces that reveal layers of depth. She especially enjoys the process of trust and relationship-building that comes with photographing unfamiliar subjects for the first time. Though she draws inspiration from her everyday life - the people who surround her, the books she’s reading - she seeks to depict the world not as it is, but how it could be, thanks to a twist of fantastical thinking.
